Send To a Friend Policies

By using the Send-a-friend feature, you will send a copy of the mail you received to another person. This page describes the policies and procedures that we ask you to comply with to safeguard the privacy of anyone you send mail to.

1. Please only send one copy of the mail you received to each recipient or recipients specified.
2. The send-a-friend feature should only be used to send a copy of the mail to colleagues, friends and family that you have an established relationship with or that have consented to the receipt of the email.
3. The mail you send will indicate that it is from your address, and will display your name as you have provide on the Send-a-friend form. The mail you send will also include any comments you add in the space provided before the contents of the message.
4. If the recipient of the message replies to the message requesting that you do not send or forward future messages of this nature, you are obliged by the Spam Act 2003 to ensure no future messages are sent or forwarded to the email address.
5. If an address you supply on the Send-a-friend form is invalid, or if mail cannot be delivered to it for other reasons, you may receive a failure notice from a remote mail system in response to the message.
6. Use of the Send-a-friend feature to abuse or harrass is not tolerated, and we reserve the right to suspend or disable the service in response to complaints. Abuse complaints may be sent to abuse@xmr3.com.
